PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable type cassette carrier for storing an electronic cassette while maintaining radio communication performances, cable communication performances, and operability.SOLUTION: A cassette carrier 4 for storing a cassette 1 is constituted by a concave part for storing a cassette 1 in a state that a radio ray irradiation surface is exposed, a first frame 6 which forms a side wall of one side of the concave part, and second frames 5a, 5b, and 5c which form the side walls of the other sides. The side wall formed by the first frame 6 is formed with an opening at a position facing a connector part included by the cassette 1 in a state that the cassette 1 is mounted to the concave part. The first frame 6 has a space connected to this opening, and inserting/removing of an external cable 20 to and from the connector 3 is allowed via this space in a state that the cassette 1 is mounted. The space has a dimension that can store a whole of a connector housing 201 of the external cable 20 when the external cable 20 is connected to the connector part 3 in a state that the cassette 1 is mounted on the concave part. |
