Disclosed is a vehicle structure comprising a seatbelt device, in which diffusion of a hot gas produced in a pretensioner (45) is easily minimized by a simple configuration. In the vehicle structure (10) comprising a seatbelt device, the pretensioner (45) is provided on a rear inner side panel (24), and an interior material (18) covering the pretensioner (45) is provided on the side facing the vehicle interior (26). The interior material (18) has a dividing wall (51) provided on the rear surface (18a), the dividing wall protruding toward the rear inner side panel (24). The dividing wall (51) encloses the pretensioner (45) and partitions the gap (L) between the rear inner side panel (24) and the interior material (18). |
