The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode. The organic light emitting diode comprises a cathode; an anode; a light emitting layer formed between the cathode and the anode; and a hole transfer layer formed between the anode and the light emitting layer, wherein the light emitting layer includes a carbazole derivative represented by chemical formula 1, and the hole transfer layer includes an amine derivative represented by chemical formula 2. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the organic light emitting diode having a low driving voltage, a long lifespan, and high light emitting efficiency.
