<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding die capable of obtaining a multiple number of resin bearing holders, having a simple structure and compact size, a bearing holder having an excellent lubricant flowability and holding strength produced by using the die, and to provide a method for producing the bearing holder by using the die. <P>SOLUTION: The molding die 1 for a bearing holder for obtaining a multiple number of bearing holders 9 of radial bearing by the injection molding of a resin composition, comprises a stationary die 2, a movable die 3, and a slide core 4, wherein there is one parting line between the stationary die 2 and the movable die 3, a molding cavity of the die is divided in series in the movable direction of the movable die 3 by the slide core 4 to form a plurality of cavities, a core pin 5 for forming the hollow portion at the inner diameter side of the bearing holders 9 is provided, a submarine gate for filling the resin in each molding cavity is formed on the core pin 5, and a convex portion 4c for pocket formation for forming a pocket portion of the bearing holders 9 is provided inside of the slide core 4 in the movable direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
