A heating cooker according to the present invention is structured such that an outer frame (21) and bridge members (20) which constitute a gridiron are provided outside the vicinities of antinodes of standing waves (SW), such that the gridiron is opened in the vicinities of antinodes of the standing waves (SW) induced within a heating chamber (1), in order to suppress heat generation from the gridiron (4) as a grid member for realizing heating with higher efficiency and with lower energy losses. |
