FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of main circulation pump (MCP) of first circuit of nuclear power plant. Secondary heat barrier for MCP is located between cooled upper part of guide apparatus and scroll and consists of at least lower base (1) in form of a circular ring, to which at its inner and outer contour is attached internal compensating wall (3) and external compensating wall (2), wherein lower base (1) is configured for installation on primary heat barrier (5), and internal compensating wall (3) and external compensating wall (2) are configured for connection to scroll. To prevent occurrence of cracks in flange of guide apparatus and/or in flange of scroll in main plane of MCP connector, to which adjoins flange of guide apparatus, operation of changing shape on pressure flange is performed and then space between primary heat barrier and clamping flange is divided into at least three cavities differentiated by temperature by means of installation of secondary heat barrier.EFFECT: longer service life of MCP.12 cl, 19 dwg |
