A signal transmitting connector comprising: a connection terminal portion comprising a terminal that executes at least one of outputting of an electric signal to an external device or inputting of the electric signal from an external device; a connector portion comprising a photoelectric converting portion that executes photoelectric conversion between an optical signal and the electric signal; and a cable holding portion that holds an optical fiber transmitting the optical signal, the cable holding portion comprising a plurality of cable holding portion mirror each forming an optical path between the optical fiber and the photoelectric converting portion, wherein the connector portion is rotatably connected to the cable holding portion, wherein the connector is rotated around a rotation center axis in parallel to an optical path between the connector portion and the cable holding portion, the photoelectric converting portion comprises a plurality of optical signal entering points, wherein the plurality of cable holding portion mirrors are disposed to face the plurality of optical signal entering points of the photoelectric converting portion, and intersection points of, a contact plane between the connector portion and the cable holding portion, and a plurality of optical paths between the optical signal entering points and the plurality of cable holding portion mirrors, are concentrically disposed centering the rotation center axis.
