摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform power control in a demand management system including both of a photovoltaic power generation system and a storage battery so that a power consumption amount of a received power does not exceed a demand value more surely as compared with the conventional art.SOLUTION: A prediction value calculation unit 14 calculates a power consumption amount prediction value W in a present demand period by calculating a summation of a received power amount Wreceived from a start time point to the present time point in the present demand period and a reception power amount (residual period prediction value) received from the present time to the end time point in the present demand period. When performing the calculation, the prediction value calculation unit 14 extracts photovoltaic power (minimum value) pduring the period from the start time point to the present time in the present demand period; calculates a variation &Dgr;p of the photovoltaic power by subtracting the extracted photovoltaic power from the present photovoltaic power p; and calculates the power consumption amount prediction value W by using the expression of W=W+(w+&Dgr;p)×(30-x)/60.
