PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce air noise at a low cost and prevent leakage of hot water from an air mixing hole in a shower apparatus sprinkling the hot water by mixing the hot water with air.SOLUTION: A shower apparatus 1 comprises: a shower body formed with a flow passage 2 in the inside thereof for passing hot water; and sprinkling holes 3 at a tip end of the water passage for discharging the hot water. The shower apparatus comprises: a valve stem 8 that is operably disposed in the flow passage 2 and formed with a valve-stem inner flow passage 21 penetrating through the inside; a water stop valve that makes the valve-stem inner flow passage 21 match the flow passage 2 so as to discharge the water from the sprinkling holes 3, and differentiates the valve-stem inner flow passage 21 from the flow passage 2 so as to stop the water from the sprinkling holes 3; and an air mixing hole 23 provided on the valve stem 8 that communicates to the outside air to introduce the air into the flow passage 2. |
