PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow processing, such as whipping, stirring, or mixing, of a variety of sticky foodstuff to be performed appropriately and efficiently in a short time.SOLUTION: In a vertical biaxial food mixer, when a center main shaft (60) is rotatably driven, first and second eccentric stirring shafts (61) and (62) perform revolving motions in the same direction (F) around the main shaft via a rotary bowl (70) integrated with the center main shaft. At the same time, while the first eccentric stirring shaft rotates in the reverse direction (R), the second eccentric stirring shaft rotates in the same direction (F). A first stirrer (P1) of a larger rotational diameter (D) than a radius (r) of a food storage container (T) is fitted to the first eccentric stirring shaft of a shorter interval distance (L1) from the center main shaft and used, whereas a second stirrer (P2) of a smaller rotational diameter (D) than the radius of the container is fitted to the second eccentric stirring shaft of a longer interval distance (L2) from the main shaft and used, both in the way that the stirrers do not interfere each other. |
