<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a user higher realistic sensation by providing a visual field in an arbitrary direction viewed from a moving view point on a prescribed route as a moving image. <P>SOLUTION: Panoramic images photographed while moving on a route are stored for each frame in an omnidirectional image storage part 110, and route information showing each node and a branch on the route is stored in a route information storage part 130, and in a correspondence information storage part 120, correspondence between each frame and one point on the route is stored. A data update part 170 sequentially updates a current place and a sight line direction in the storage parts 150, 160 based on the input operation of the user. An image cutting part 140 reads a panoramic image of the frame corresponding to the current place referring to the correspondence information, and cuts a visual field image forming the visual field in the sight line direction. A route map creation part 180 creates a route map in which index showing the current place and the sight line direction is superposed on the plan view of the route.
