A patterned transparent conductive film (100), comprising: a substrate (110), a first conductive layer (120) and a second conductive layer (130); the first conductive layer comprises a first conductive region (122) and a first insulation region (124);the second conductive layer comprises a second conductive region (132) and a second insulation region (134); the first and second conductive regions both comprise a plurality of metal grids formed of wires, all of the metal grids being embedded metal grids and irregular-shaped random girds; the probability density of the slope of the wires (1222a) in the first conductive region adjacent to the transverse direction is greater than the probability density of the slope adjacent to the longitudinal direction; the probability density of the slope of the wires (1322a) in the second conductive region adjacent to the longitudinal direction is greater than the probability density of the slope adjacent to the transverse direction; the second conductive layer and the first conductive layer are superimposed, and are spaced apart and insulated from each other in the substrate thickness direction; the superimposed metal grids (140) are uniformly distributed at each angle. The present invention improves light transmittance while retaining conductivity, and allows the superimposed metal grids of two conductive films to be uniformly distributed at each angle, thus eliminating the Moire fringe phenomenon. |
