PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate further correctly transaction cost of respective value-added chain in a service.SOLUTION: An input unit 11 accepts system cost and operation cost, which are necessary cost for construction and maintenance of a computer system, and the number of transaction which is a unit number of processing, for every predetermined period, every service provided for a customer, and every value-added chain performed when the service is provided. A transaction cost calculation unit 131 calculates transaction cost which is necessary cost for performing single operation for every predetermined period, every service, and every value-added chain on the basis of the system cost, operation cost, and the number of transaction, whose input is accepted by the input unit 11. |
