PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, method and program for determining a control object for a vehicle capable of accurately determining whether or not one object is a control object for controlling the traveling of a vehicle by accurately determining the other object passing through one object.SOLUTION: A device 200 for determining a control object for a vehicle configured to determine a control object on the basis of the positions of a plurality of objects detected by a radar device 100 includes: a determination part for determining whether or not a mobile object detected by the radar device 100 has passed through the neighborhood of a stationary object detected by the radar device 100; and a suppression part for, when it is determined that the mobile object has passed through the neighborhood of the stationary object, removing the stationary object from the control objects, and for suppressing a control amount when the stationary object is determined as the control object in accordance with the overlapping amount of the position where the stationary object exists and the range of the mobile object. |
