<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilized pre-filled syringe protein solution product with a plunger rod preventing extinction of protein, which is a principal agent in a manufacturing process, to the possible extent of being manufactured using an assembling apparatus for a syringe product with a plunger rod. <P>SOLUTION: The pre-filled syringe protein solution product includes the plunger rod wherein protein is erythropoietin, G-CSF, or an antibody.
