<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element propulsion device for easily reducing sinkage of a ground surface and stably penetrating an element, and an element propulsion method using the element propulsion device. <P>SOLUTION: The element propulsion device for penetrating an element under the ground includes: a cylindrical cutting edge; a sheet storage part opened at an upper part of the cutting edge; a roller rotatably stored in the sheet storage part; a sheet member wound around the roller; a lifting member storage part opened at the upper part of the cutting edge and provided on the rear part in a propulsion direction of the sheet storage part; and a lifting member arranged in the lifting member storage part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
