<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polysiloxane-based composition having high heat resistance and light resistance, excellent in gas barrier property and thermal shock resistance, and good in handleability when an optical semiconductor is sealed. <P>SOLUTION: The polyhedron-structured modified polysiloxane is obtained by subjecting a polyhedron-structured polysiloxane-based compound (a) having an alkenyl group and a compound (b) having a hydrosilyl group to a hydrosilylation reaction, and has a structure originated from an organosilicon compound (b') having one hydrosilyl group in one molecule thereof and a structure originated from an organosilicon compound (a') having one alkenyl group in one molecule thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
