Electronic online transfer and sharing of patient medical records between computer systems of healthcare and medical care providers which ensures the availability of medical records created at different providers to other authorized healthcare or medical care providers. These health records are uniquely identified by assigned unique application identifier represented by the print output in form of readable barcode. The availability of these health records provide health insurance company by software system allowing interaction between computer systems providers and health insurance company computer system through standard web services. Presented solution is useful for computerization all types of health records, which are characterized in that they contain information about the patient health, about provided health and medical care, about continued treatment, about subsequent medical care, which is desirable to disclose in accordance with applicable legislative and contractual relationship to other providers of health and medical care due to an efficient, correct and comfortable delivery of healthcare. |
