<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To request the approval of unapproved print data from an image forming apparatus, in a print system which keeps the print data stored temporarily in a storage device and outputs the print data after the input of print instructions for the print data which are thus approved are received by the image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The print data related to a user predetermined by log-in processing are acquired and displayed on a list. An unapproved print data are selected out of the print data which are thus displayed on a list, and the approver of the print data is notified when approval request instructions for the print data are received. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
