<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen absorbent laminated film etc. enabling filling and packaging of a content, exhibiting an oxygen collecting function for sufficiently capturing oxygen present or produced within a package and having no odors and tastes. <P>SOLUTION: The oxygen absorbent laminated film is a coextrusion film formed by laminating a thermoplastic resin layer, an oxygen absorption layer, a thermoplastic resin layer, an odor and taste barrier layer and a heat seal layer from an outer layer toward an inner layer in this order or a coextrusion film formed by laminating a thermoplastic resin layer, an oxygen absorption layer, a thermoplastic resin layer and a heat seal layer with odor and taste barrier characteristics from an outer layer toward an inner layer, in this order. The oxygen absorption layer comprises an oxygen absorbent resin composition formed by blending ceric oxide including oxygen defects with thermoplastic resin.
