<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for accepting and storing chicken eggs stacked on trays which not only reduces the space of an egg warehouse capable of accepting the chicken eggs delivered by a truck from a production farm together with information and storing them in a cool environment, but also eliminates the need for conveying forklifts for loading and unloading the chicken eggs into and out of the egg warehouse for the purpose of breaking eggs. <P>SOLUTION: Chicken eggs produced in the production farm are stacked on egg trays in six levels and delivered in by a truck of the farm. The space of the egg warehouse is reduced to 50% compared with a conventional one and the need for conveying forklifts is also eliminated by controlling information about production farms, egg gathering dates, etc. under the condition of the stacked egg trays racked out of the truck and by stacking the chicken eggs on the trays of about one meter square developed for an automatic rack and storing the eggs in a cool warehouse through the use of the automatic rack. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
