PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool that performs processing by a rotary tool and a non-rotary tool, and can shorten a time for tool replacement.SOLUTION: A CPU determines whether a current tool that a first main shaft holds is a rotary tool (S51). According to a control command in one block, the CPU determines that the current tool that the first main shaft holds is a non-rotary tool when a mode which is currently executed is M142 (S51: NO). When a control command in next one block is also M142, a next tool that the first main shaft mounts next is a non-rotary tool (S55: NO). Tool replacement is performed according to a fourth pattern for the replacement of the non-rotary tool with the non-rotary tool (S57). The CPU performs the tool replacement without stopping a C-shaft from rotating. |
