摘要 Cooler with finned plates and axially executed perforated openings is a new constructive solution in heat exchange, in comparison with existing solutions of PC, that exchange heat exclusively by forced convection, whereas this solution, heat exchange performs by conduction through the body of the cooler into the finned plates, but uses heath from kinetics of molecule concussion of cold air on warm metal parts of the cooler, whereby the heath exchange effect between the plates in increased by the produced turbulence, in comparison with existing solutions, by equal inputting elements of heath exchange.Exchanger-cooler is formed as follows: on the cylinder (3) of the cooler the finned plates (1, 2) are alternate over the benchmark (6), whereas between the plates, over the cylinder, rings (4) are placed, and seals (5) are placed on the rims of the plates (1, 2), and all is tighten by a press in the construction of the cooler and thus connected to the existing fan.
