Disclosed is a grain roasting device. The drain roasting device comprises; a rotary shaft installed in the horizontal direction and rotated; a drum container which is installed in the horizontal direction as same as the rotary shaft, and rotated in accordance with the rotation of the rotary shaft while grains are stored therein; and a surface heating element which transmits heat to a side of the drum container for the grains to be heated, and is installed along the side of the drum container and rotated together with the rotation of the side of the drum container. According to the present invention, the drain roasting device has a structure in which roasting grains are vertically supplied to and vertically discharged from the drum container, thereby increasing the efficiency of the roasting operation and enabling the roasting operation of grains in quantity. |
