The present invention relates to a method for extracting phosphoprotein and mass spectrometry using antigen-antibody reactions based on a microbore hollow fiber enzymatic reactor (mHFER) and, more specifically, to an extraction method and mass spectrometry capable of discovering a biomarker phosphoprotein for the diagnosis of a disease and contributing to an early diagnosis of the disease therethrough by measuring phosphoproteins or phosphopeptides existing in the body using an anti-phosphoserine antibody, an anti-phosphothreonine antibody, and an anti-phosphotyrosine antibody. The mass spectrometry using the extraction method based on the antigen-antibody reactions of the present invention: can minimize temporal and financial burden caused by a low extraction rate and complicated sample preparation; increases extraction efficiency by using antibodies having a strong affinity with large numbers of phosphopeptides (or phosphoproteins); and enables the extraction of low level phosphopeptides or phosphoproteins, thereby being expected to be applicable for the discovery of diagnostic biomarkers and investigations into the mechanisms of diseases. |
