The present invention relates to a drop keel for an underwater sound sensor and, more specifically, relates to a drop keel for an underwater sound sensor, wherein an underwater sound sensor is used for abysmal research activities, and the underwater sound sensor is installed in a lower end of the drop keel of a ship to improve performance of the sensor and to enable maintenance during sailing. Moreover, a drop keel (1) is formed in a lower end portion of a ship (2), and the drop keel (1) is formed to be a streamlined pillar, wherein an underwater sound sensor unit (3) and a sensor unit (3a) in which various sensors including the underwater sound sensor unit (3) may be installed are provided in a lower end.
