The present invention relates to a method for producing cold noodles containing tomato, and tomato cold noodles produced thereby. Tomatoes which are not added in conventional cold noodles are added in the tomato cold noodles according to the present invention, so a consumer may feel a new feeling. In particular, a new consuming feeling, such as fragrances of tomatoes, fresh and cool flavors, and a chewing texture, which has not been felt from conventional cold noodles may be provided. In addition, such a consuming feeling is well-harmonized with cold noodles so as to contribute in creating a new market. |
