The present invention relates to an apparatus capable of adhering a barcode to a green tire in the state that the green tire, completed in a molding process, is extracted by an extractor and, particularly, to a green tire barcode adhesion and recognition apparatus which adheres the barcode before the green tire is seated on a supporter such that a facility configuration may be designed to be reduced. To this end, the present invention provides the green tire barcode adhesion and recognition apparatus, which adheres a barcode label to the green tire (100) by using a label absorption header (3) vacuum-absorbing each individual barcode label from a barcode label cassette (2) of an adhesion unit (1). The present invention is configured to include the label absorption header (3) of the adhesion unit (1) and an adhesion unit cylinder (6) for moving the adhesion unit (1) forwards and backwards on an extension shaft (5) of an absorption unit of a base frame (4) on which the bar code label cassette (2) is installed, and to arrange a barcode scanner (7) and an extractor detection sensor (8) at a front end of the extension shaft (5) of the adhesion unit. |
