Disclosed is a method for enhancing viability and hatchabilty of blastocyst using in vivo and in vitro-derived blastocyst of Korean native cattle after going through freezing and melting process by means of a slow freezing method. In addition, disclosed is a method for directly transplanting a frozen fertilized egg obtained by the method into a recipient. The selection of in vivo and in vitro-derived blastocyst of Korean native cattle with improved quality is possible by freezing and melting the same after artificially contracting a blastocoelic cavity before the slow freezing. In addition, by directly transplanting the fertilized egg obtained by the method into the recipient, it is possible to remarkably increase productivity of the offspring. |
