The present invention relates to a tag data copy protection system provided to improve the security when utilizing various functions using NFC tags, tablet mobile devices and the like by preventing replication and misuse of data stored in a near field communication (NFC) tag, and to a copy protection method using the same. The tag data copy protection system comprises: one or more NFC tags in which unique information including unique IDs and lock pattern information and real data patterned by the lock pattern are stored in an encoded state; a controller for recording the unique information and the patterned real data in an encoded state in the one or more NFC tags by controlling a reader-writer module; and a data processing server for patterning the real data into the lock pattern information by setting the lock pattern information for each unique ID, and encoding the unique information and the patterned real data so as to supply the same to the controller. |
