The present invention relates to an electro-acoustic transducing apparatus for health care. The electro-acoustic transducing apparatus for health care comprises: an output signal input unit connected to an output end of an audio device to receive an output signal; an acoustic output unit to transduce the output signal into an acoustic signal to output the acoustic signal; and a far-infrared ray generation unit to generate far-infrared rays according the control of a user. The present invention combines a means for emitting far-infrared rays to an earphone or a headphone which transduces an electric signal into an acoustic signal to allow the user to listen to music with the earphone or the headphone, to expand microvessels around the ears of the users, and to strengthen metabolism to promote health.
