The present invention relates to an inductance variable circuit, and a power supply apparatus using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the power supply apparatus comprises: a transformation unit for outputting a voltage transformed by turn-ratios of first and second sides; an inductance variable unit for varying an inductance in the first side according to an input status of an external input power source; and an output unit for stabilizing and outputting the transformed voltage.
