The invention relates to practical medicine, in particular to bactericidal and washing agents for disinfection, sterilisation and pre-sterilisation cleaning of products for medical purposes (including combined in one process), for disinfection in veterinary, food industry, and can also be used at catering and sales facilities, markets, public catering organisations, transport and other objects of economic activity. The task of the invention is to develop a composition for disinfection, possessing a wide spectrum of action (bactericidal, antiviral, fungicidal, sporocidal), which makes it possible to carry out disinfection, sterilisation and pre-sterilisation cleaning of products for medical purposes at room temperature, with reduced exposure time in a working solution with higher stability and with simultaneous simplification of the disinfecting solution composition. The set task is achieved by that the disinfecting composition, which contains acid, hydrogen peroxide, functional additives and water, as acid contains glycolic acid with the following component ratio, wt.%: glycolic acid 2.0-35.0; hydrogen peroxide 1.5-35.0; functional additives 0.25-0.5; distilled water the remainder. The disinfecting composition can additionally contain cation-active SAS in quantity of 1-30 wt.%. Combination of glycolic acid with hydrogen peroxide in said concentrations makes it possible to obtain the disinfecting agent with higher stability of working solutions and wide range of action with respect to bacteria, spores, fungi and viruses, which is not characteristic of separate components, and with considerably reduced exposure time (1-30 minutes instead of 1-6 hours), which makes it possible to carry out disinfection of various surfaces in faster and more effective way and makes it possible to extend sphere of application and purpose of the disinfecting composition - application in medical practice for high level disinfection and sterilisation of products for medical purposes. The product is a concentrate, from which working solutions, concentration of which depends on etiology of microorganisms to be eliminated, are prepared by dilution with water. |
