The present invention relates to a grill pan which utilizes both surfaces in order to prevent the splash of oil and generation of smoke even during the roasting of meat. The grill pan of the present invention has a convex center on one surface in order to function as a roasting meat, and a flat surface on the other side, for the functionality as a frying pan for cooking various fried menus. The grill pan utilizing both surfaces according to the present invention includes: a hot grill for placing food on top; and a lower support located under the hot grill, while being prepared with an oil sump for catching oil flowing from the hot grill. The hot grill includes a convex surface which center is convex and which becomes lower toward the border, thereby having an inclined surface; a first rim protruded upward along the border from the convex surface; an oil induction ditch protruded downward from the inner side of the first rim, while formed at a predetermined interval, to be positioned inside the first rim; long holes formed along the oil induction ditch at an equal interval; and a flat surface prepared on the inner side of the oil induction ditch as a flat surface on the other side of the convex surface. Oil generated during cooking flows through the long holes formed on the oil induction ditch and is collected at the oil sump of the lower support. |
