The present invention relates to a complex of drug-fluorophore for specific detection of a cancer cell and, more specifically, to a complex of drug-fluorophore comprising a cancer cell-targeting drug having difference of drug penetration speeds or drug penetration amounts into a cancer cell and a non-cancer cell; and a fluorophore material chemically bonded to the cancer cell-targeting drug. According to the present invention, the complex of drug-fluorophore can specifically image only the cancer cell without cytotoxicity simply with high accuracy.
