The present invention relates to a carrier-nanoparticle complex and a manufacturing method thereof. The carrier-nanoparticle complex comprises: a hollow core; at least one hollow metal nanoparticle including a shell part for covering the hollow core; and a carbon-based carrier in which the hollow metal nanoparticle is carried. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the carrier-nanoparticle complex has the excellent dispersibility of a nanoparticle.
