The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising at least two combinations selected from the group consisting of an Acorus gramineus Soland extract, a peanut sprout extract, and a Cynanchi wilfordii Radix extract as an active ingredient for preventing or treating hair loss or benign prostatic hyperplasia, and to a health functional food composition for preventing or alleviating hair loss or benign prostatic hyperplasia. According to the present invention, the composition comprises at least two combinations of an Acorus gramineus Soland extract, a peanut sprout extract, and a Cynanchi wilfordii Radix extract as an active ingredient, thereby having excellent effects in inhibiting testosterone-5-alpha-reductase related to hair loss or benign prostatic hyperplasia, and effects in inhibiting prostate inflammation. Therefore, the composition can be efficiently used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing, treating, or alleviating hair loss or benign prostatic hyperplasia, and as a composition for a health functional food. |
