The present invention relates to a scroll type-explosion preventing vessel comprising: roll paper (3) made of an explosion proof material; and a fixing means (5). The roll paper (3) forms a protective wall (7) in such a manner where the roll paper (3) is rolled to have a plurality of layers and allows an explosive (E) to be received in an inner space (S) formed at the center thereof while the roll paper (3) is rolled. The fixing means (5) fixates the roll paper (3) rolled to have the layers positioned inside and outside. Accordingly, when an explosive is found in the field, rapid and flexible safety measures can be taken. Moreover, when performance of the explosive is confirmed, the thickness and diameter of the protective wall can be adjusted in accordance with the size and explosive power of the explosive to maximize the explosion protection performance of the explosion preventing vessel, thereby maximizing efficiency in explosion preventing work.
