The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating hyperproliferative vascular disorders such as atherosclerosis or angiostenosis. A compound disclosed in the present invention can be usefully used as an effective drug composition with respect to diseases such as atherosclerosis, angiostenosis, and the like, by significantly inhibiting the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells which play a core role in progressing hyperproliferative vascular disorders.
