FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of canned second lunch dishes. Method comprises preparation of recipe ingredients. Carrots and onions are sliced and sauteed in vegetable oil. Fresh decorative cabbage is chopped and got frozen, fish fillets is cut, cheese is grated. Carrots, onions, cabbage, fish fillet, part of cheese, part of mayonnaise, salt and black pepper bitter are mixed to produce minced meat, which is shaped into meat chops. Remaining parts of cheese and mayonnaise are mixed to prepare sauce. Meat chops and sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised. Components used in the following proportion (part by weight): fish fillets - 610; cheese - 110; vegetable oil - 50; ornamental cabbage - 285.7; carrots - 270-276.9;onions - 240-243.1; salt - 15; black pepper - 0.5; mayonnaise - to yield of 1,000 parts of target product.EFFECT: new canned food is produced using nonconventional vegetable raw materials.1 cl |
