摘要 FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics for treatment of static planovalgus deformities. Perform incision with a length of about 3 cm in the area of the posterior tibial tendon muscle attachment to the navicular bone. Visualize the tendon and then insert an arthroscope and visualize the tendon over about 5 cm. Bifurcate the tendon along the whole length with the help of a puncture needle, cut off a portion of the tendon in the proximal and output it into the wound. Pass a needle in a horizontal plane through the neck of the talus. Using a cannulated drill form a through bone channel in the talus along the needle. Sew together the ends of the tendon; tuck the thread loose ends into the needle. Pass the needle through the formed bone channel thereby conducting the tendon through the talus. Remove the needle. With the help of threads, tension the tendon in the bone canal and screwed into the bone channel an interference screw ensuring tight pressing of the tendon inside the channel to the bone.EFFECT: method allows to achieve a sustainable stabilization of the talo-navicular joint by creating artificial talo-navicular ligament.1 cl, 1 ex
