The present invention relates to a system for treating waste including food waste or livestock manure, and generating energy, available of waste treatment and available of independent recycling, and to a method thereof. The system comprises an input hoper where waste is input; a sorting unit sorting and removing non-flammable substances and inorganic substances from the waste; a crusher crushing the waste without non-flammable substances and inorganic substances; a multistage centrifugal separator filtering crushed waste; an organism storage where a separated solid organism of the waste is transferred and stored; a mixing and heating unit manufacturing an organic mixture by mixing the organism and sawdust; a former manufacturing a solid fuel by forming the organic mixture; a first filter for primarily removing impurities from the waste water; a bubble generator electrolyzing the waste water, and generating a gas and bubbles; a second filter secondarily removing solid organism and impurities from the remaining waste water; and combustion chamber generating steam by heating water without impurities while combusting the gas and bubbles. |
