摘要 The invention relates to a composite material for supercapacitors, as a component of electric power storage sources, in electronics consumer goods and in alternative energy sources, such as electrical machines and on-chip applications. According to the invention, the material comprises an n-type Si support (100) on which a layer of SiOof 500 nm is grown, followed by a nanometric layer of Ni catalyst, obtained by the e-beam evaporation method, recrystallized at the temperature of 750°C for 15 min inside the quartz tube of the chemical vapour deposition equipment (CVD), at a pressure of 760 torr and a Hflow-rate of 500 cm/min, followed by the deposition of a layer of carbon nanotubes (CNT) grown by CVD using CHas a gaseous carbon source, at a flow-rate of 300 cm/min, and, further on, by the deposition of a mixed layer consisting of a conductive polymer and functionalized carbon nanotubes (CNT), which is electrochemically obtained by cyclic voltammetry characterized by 50 consecutive cycles between 0.2...0.85 V/SCE at a scanning rate of 20 mV/s, where, for pyrrole dissolution, 3...5 ml of ethanol are admixed into the electrolyte containing 0.1 M of pyrrole and 0.2 M of HSO, whereto 50 mg of functionalized CNT are also added to finally obtain the composite material having the following physical-chemical characteristics: specific capacity of 55.3 mF/cmand critical force of scratching up to exfoliation of 1050 mN.
