The invention relates to a process for obtaining a bacterial strain Bacillus sp. which is useful in promoting the forage plant ensilaging process. According to the invention, the process consists in isolating the strain from silage samples of grass resulting from spontaneous fermentation, the isolated bacterial strain, deposited under the number NCAIM (P) B 001438, Bacillus sp. SZX 102, being capable to degrade structural plant polysaccharides with a view to improving forage ensilaging. |
