The present invention relates to an air pollution monitoring method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the air pollution monitoring method comprises the following steps of: setting a target area into one or more sub-domains separated by a grid; setting a measurement path of each sub-domain; measuring a pollution level of each sub-domain along the measurement path; correcting the measured pollution level according to urban background levels and weather conditions at the measurement point in time; and creating an air pollution map according to measured pollution level data or corrected pollution level data, after the pollution level measurement step or the pollution level correction step. The purpose of the present invention is to accurately monitor the urban air pollution with high resolution in an urban environment with many vehicles at a high resolution.
