A horizontal tail end boiler having a header arranged in a self-lining manner is disclosed. The horizontal tail end boiler having a header arranged in a self-lining manner according to the present invention comprises: a combustion chamber in which a conveyed waste is burnt; a pipe conduit unit which is connected to the combustion chamber to provide a gas exhausting path, and includes headers which are prepared at every portion where a direction of the gas exhausting path is changed, and prepared with a plurality of protrusion members arranged in a direction normal to a surface along with an outer circumferential portion of the header; a cleaning water spraying unit which is arranged on top of the conduit unit and sprays cleaning water on the pipe conduit unit; and a duct unit which is connected to the pipe conduit unit such that fly ashes included in an exhaust gas, which is transferred along the gas exhaust path, are removed. Therefore, erosion of an inner portion of the boiler including the pipe conduit unit due to the fly ashes is prevented and, more specifically, an erosion of the header is suppressed, and exposure of the header is prevented. Also, generation of an ash sediment is minimized by lowering a temperature of the pipe conduit unit, and deposition of chlorine compounds on a surface of the pipe conduit unit can be suppressed. Also, it is possible to manage a temperature of the pipe conduit unit within a desired range by spraying the cleaning water directly, which enhances electricity generation efficiency. |
