The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing mixed powdered coal and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing mixed powdered coal for charging an air hole of a furnace, in which low level coal is carbonized at low temperature and mixed with high level coal used for charging an air hole of a furnace. The method for manufacturing mixed powdered coal according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: preparing each of high level coal and low level coal; producing char by carbonizing the low level coal at low temperature in an inactive condition; crushing the high level coal and the char; and mixing the high level coal and the char.
