The present invention relates to an infrared irradiation device and, more specifically, to an infrared irradiation device capable of alleviating menstrual pain, by approaching the abdomen of the female, irradiating ovaries and smooth muscle in the uterus with infrared rays, and making smooth blood circulation around uterine smooth muscle. The device comprises: a circuit substrate formed with a flexible substrate; a heat sink for absorbing heat; infrared light-emitting diodes mounted on the heat sink; a control module for controlling the amount of power; and power pads for delivering the power to the infrared light-emitting diodes. |
