The present invention provides a touch display panel having a direct backlight structure to which an elector-magnetic induction (EMI) touch sensor is applied. The display panel includes: a backlight unit including a plurality of luminous elements; and a touch sensor sheet including at least one hole located on the backlight unit and corresponding to at least one of the luminous elements and a touch sensor sensing a user touch on the touch display panel.
