The present invention is related to an apparatus and a method for guiding a parking zone which guide a reserved parking zone or an empty parking zone when a vehicle enters, and transmit information on a space where the vehicle is parked to a terminal of a user after the vehicle is parked. The apparatus for guiding the parking zone according to the present invention includes: a reserved zone status judgment part for judging whether the reserved zone reserved by a driver of the vehicle in a parking lot is empty when the vehicle enters the parking lot; a reserved zone guiding part for guiding the vehicle to the reserved zone if the reserved zone is empty; an available parking zone detection part which detects an available parking zone in the parking lot if the reserved zone is not empty; an available parking zone guiding part which guides the vehicle to the available parking zone if the available parking zone is detected; and a position information processing part which calculates position information of the available parking zone if the vehicle is parked in available parking zone, and transmits the position information to the mobile terminal of the driver. |
